Does it fit true to size?

Yes for most wearers. Each product page says if a model runs large or small. Use the size guide to compare your foot length in cm with the chart, and if you are between sizes take the smaller one on the Gazelle and the larger one on the Star models.

How long does shipping take?

Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your pair is on its way. Processing and delivery windows for your region are listed in the Worldwide Shipping section on each product page and on our Shipping page.

Box-free delivery or keep the box?

Box-free delivery ships the pair in a lighter parcel for $7.50. Keep the shoe box ships the original box inside an outer carton for $27.95, for collectors and gifts.

What is your return policy?

14 days from delivery for unworn pairs tried on indoors, with tags and the original box. Contact Customer Care first for return instructions.
