Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 pm store time are processed the next business day. Because of the high volume of orders, every pair is double-checked before shipping: the right item, the right size, perfect condition.

Shipping options

• Box-free delivery (without box): $7.50. Lighter parcel, smaller footprint, quicker to your door.
• Keep the shoe box: $27.95. For collectors and gift-givers who want the full package. The original box ships inside a protective outer carton.

Transit times

Every order ships with tracking. Typical delivery is 7 to 10 business days worldwide after processing. Carrier delays, customs checks and public holidays can extend these windows.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to show the first scan.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Import duties, VAT or other charges levied by your country are the customer's responsibility unless they are collected at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your address before paying. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
