Sizing

Most models fit true to size. Each product page states if a model runs large or small, and the size guide lists foot length in cm for every size. If you are between sizes: Gazelle, take the smaller size; Star models, take the larger.

Shipping times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and ship with tracking. Typical delivery is 7 to 10 business days worldwide after processing. The estimate shown above the Add to cart button updates for the time you order.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Box-free delivery or keep the box?

Box-free delivery ($7.50) ships the pair in a lighter parcel, which is faster and cheaper. Keep the shoe box ($27.95) ships the original box protected inside an outer carton, for collectors and gifts.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange. Pairs must be unworn, tried on indoors only, with tags and the original shoe box. Contact Customer Care first and we send the instructions. Full policy on the Returns page.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also check it on the Track your order page.

Payment methods

We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely; Vomuray never sees your card details.
